Take Action Performance is an education driven company that wants to connect community with people with movement, fitness and sports performance. We want to help you with your movement type goals and questions; design plans and motivate people to take action in their lives.

Jill Magee

Head Sports Performance Trainer and Owner of Take Action Performance

Jill is an expert in the field of body mechanics and muscle balance with specialization in movement assessment and corrective training. Her education is in exercise science and coaching along with an extensive accreditation in manual therapy and sports science.

She has over 15 years experience working with professional athletes, mainly in the NFL but the clients have been in every type of professional and amature sport. She specializes in injury prevention methods, biomechanics and sports performance. Jill’s goal with every client, professional, ameauture, or weekend warrior is to reset the body to more natural movement and reach the goals of the client to the best ability of the body.
