Whether you're working to improve speed, agility, strength, balance, or overall movement efficiency, each session is tailored to your unique needs. Through sport-specific training, functional movement drills, and intentional programming, I help you refine your movement patterns, build resilience, and enhance overall performance. This isn’t just about working harder—it’s about moving smarter, training with precision, and unlocking your full potential.

Mental Resilience & Mindset Training

Strength starts in the mind. TAP Mental Resilience & Mindset Training helps athletes and individuals develop the focus, confidence, and mental toughness needed to perform at their best. Through breathwork, visualization, and mental strategies, you’ll learn how to stay present, handle pressure, and push through challenges with clarity and control.

This service is typically offered virtually for convenience and accessibility but can also be done in a group setting with teams. It can be a standalone program or seamlessly integrated into sports performance training or mobility work, ensuring a well-rounded approach to both physical and mental strength. Whether working one-on-one or in a team environment, this training builds the mindset needed to excel in sport and life.

TAP Somatic Recovery & Nervous System Reset

True recovery goes beyond rest—it’s about creating deep connection and regulation within the body. TAP Somatic Recovery & Nervous System Reset sessions help restore balance through guided movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation techniques such as Yoga Nidra/NSDR, Thai yoga movement, and somatic experiencing. Each session is designed specifically for the client’s needs, supporting relaxation, resilience, and overall well-being. This service can be done virtually or in person, providing effective tools to release tension, reset the nervous system, and build a greater sense of ease in both movement and mind. Whether you're an athlete looking to optimize recovery or someone seeking a deeper connection with your body, this approach helps you move, feel, and perform at your best.

Athlete Development Monthly Program

This monthly program provides a structured, progressive training system that integrates movement development, mental resilience, and recovery strategies to help you perform at your best.
